Hi, I'm Bindy,

I am passionate about the therapeutic value of the arts and created 'Happy Habits' to help young people learn, in an atmosphere of fun and purpose, about being healthy and happy. I am a trained performing artist and educator with qualifications in positive psychology. I live in Launceston and write, perform, and produce professional Children’s Educational Theatre for young people in my beloved home state Lutruwita -Tasmania. I adore collaborating with a range of incredible Tasmanian artists and educational consultants to make wellbeing learning innovative, meaningful and fun and to empower individuals and communities to overcome adversity, by using the power of theatre to deliver messages that are easy to remember.

Our Vision;

Happy Habits Vision is to accelerate wellbeing learning for every Tasmanian Child. To raise awareness that a love of children, demands care for their health and happiness and a commitment to creating wellbeing learning that empowers every child to flourish.

Our Mission;

Happy Habits mission is to use the vibrant performing arts to enhance young people’s wellbeing. At the heart of all Happy Habits Children’s Educational Theatre Productions is the desire to make professional theatre and wellbeing learning, accessible, meaningful, fun and FREE for Tasmanian children and their caregivers.
